This website is operated by CTRL SHIFT GROWTH SOLUTIONS (SSM 202603245109 (003889641-T)), a Malaysia-based business. It introduces CSG’s approach, capabilities and selected work. It provides general information, not a binding project proposal, professional legal advice or a guarantee of results.
Enquiries and paid work
An enquiry or a 3-Point Growth Snapshot does not create an obligation to buy or supply services. A Snapshot is a focused review of public business information provided or approved by you; it is not a full audit or strategy plan. Paid work requires a separately agreed scope, fees, responsibilities and terms. A signed project agreement or accepted proposal governs that work and prevails over these website terms if they conflict.
Commercial outcomes
Examples and descriptions explain capabilities. Revenue, enquiries, rankings, inclusion in AI answers, ROAS and other commercial outcomes depend on factors beyond CSG’s control and are not guaranteed. Decisions about budgets, platforms and business operations remain yours.
Content and portfolio
CSG’s branding, website content and original work are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the website for ordinary personal or business evaluation. Reuse, alteration or commercial distribution of its assets requires permission unless permitted by law. Third-party names and assets remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Portfolio labels explain whether an example is own-brand work, a concept or a creative exploration. Concepts and experiments are not presented as commissioned client projects or evidence of commercial results. AI-assisted work may be used in explorations; usage rights for paid deliverables are addressed in the project scope.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or send unlawful material, spam, malicious code or information you are not entitled to share. Provide accurate contact details for enquiries. Do not send passwords or sensitive account or customer records through the form. We may restrict abusive use to protect the site and other visitors.
Third-party services
The website links to platforms and may load YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player when you choose to play a video. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of every statement, product or practice on another website. We cannot control third-party availability, fees or changes.
